Education lays the foundation of a bright future but still there is a gender bias when it comes to educating the girl child in Asian countries. There are various reasons behind the improper education to the girl child-like indifference in attitudes and practices against girl child including their health, and well-being, illiterate parents and guardians who have little or no awareness of the importance of education and most importantly financial constraints of various types etc. Despite the various provisions mentioned by the Countries, there are still a lot of steps that are to be taken for the proper implementation of such provisions. Irina naam playing vital role educating unprivileged children across India and Nepal.

Women Empowerment

The importance of the role of women in the society cannot be overlooked.Gender inequalities are still deep-rooted in every society. Women suffer from lack of access to decent work and face occupational segregation and gender wage gaps. In many countries,they are denied access to basic education and health care and are victims of violence and discrimination. They are under-represented in political and economic decision-making processes.With the aim of better addressing these challenges and to identify a single recognized driver to lead,Irina Naam has been trying to establish in some parts of World.Irina Naam works for the elimination of discrimination against women and girls, empowerment of women, and achievement of equality between women and men as partners and beneficiaries of development, human rights, humanitarian action and peace and security.

Community Kitchen

The concept of Community kitchen is to provide everyone in need of food, irrespective of their caste, class, religion and gender. Besides the virtue of sharing, the It is important to prepare simple, vegetarian food for the People as that helps in maintaining equality and divinity. While the idea of community kitchen has proven to be life-saving for a lot of people, it is majorly life-sculpting for the Irina Naam as even in preparing this meal, one learns many values. That is why not just serving but also preparing the Food is as engaging and gives out a powerful message of unity and selfless service. Irina Naam has monthly contributions in small or large kitchen, which serves more than 500 people every day. And the kitchens are functional all day long, throughout the whole year.

Volunteering Programs

As our initial venture we have successfully setup and run volunteer programs for all participants from many countries of the world. These programs are presently being run in the cities of Jaipur, Shimla (Himalayan region), Goa, Delhi.
 
Irina NAAM is guaranteed many opportunities for meaningful volunteer work and an unforgettable cultural experience with our commitment to continuous improvements in the program setup, information, and delivery.

The volunteering program for +40 will be offered in the Jaipur, Delhi and Shimla region. As the most crucial quality component of any volunteer opportunity, Irina Naam strives to ensure challenging, yet rewarding, work opportunities for the participants during the program. The following activities will be possible for the volunteer during the program:

Program Details

The volunteering program will be offered during the entire year in Delhi, Goa, Jaipur & Shimla.

 

  • Volunteer work options in Irina NAAM projects.
  • English Teaching in primary schools

  • Application Fee: $210
  • The application fee secures your place on the program and it’s included in your total program fee.

 

  • Program Fees:Short-term (02-16 weeks)
  • $480 for 2 weeks
  • $660 for 3 weeks
  • $820 for 4 weeks
  • $965 for 5 weeks
  • $145 for extra per week

 

  • Long-term (04-12 months)
  • $3400 for 4 months
  • $625 for extra per month

Qualification:

The only qualification of our volunteers is that you come motivated to help needy people. We happily accommodate singles, couples and groups. If you are comfortable with your level of English, it’s probably good enough.

 

Age Limit

All are welcome. On the maximum age limit, special request from partners can be entertained if good health of the participant has been positively.
