Similarly, with your body: on one level, yoga is all about aligning your physical geometry with cosmic geometry so that being here becomes completely effortless. There is friction in the system, whether you call it tension, worry, or something else. As a result, it’s critical that the system is first geometrically aligned, and then adequately lubricated. This can be accomplished in a variety of ways. There is no effort; there is no friction when mathematical perfection exists. That’s what you’ll need to include into your system.
