Health is referred to a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Ill Health is the state of poor physical or mental condition. It is commonly defined as the absence of good health in a person. Illness is not always physical but maybe mental, social, or psychological. Symptoms of Ill Health or not being healthy also differ according to the type of illness. Illness is the reaction of the body to the disease. It represents fatigue, fever, muscle weakness, or blurred vision, as well as abnormal blood pressure and a rapid heart rate. It should be noted though that illness, or the feeling of being unwell or sick, can occur even without a disease.

Physical Illness is the condition of having any disease or disorder. Its symptoms can be seen physically and it affects the person’s physical health. Meanwhile, Mental Illness is the condition of the affected brain. It affects the person internally. Sometimes Mental Illness also has physical symptoms. We can say that both illnesses are interconnected because a person suffering from serious mental illness is at higher risk of chronic physical condition.
